will get in touch with you in order to start
a dialogue. All interested parties should
send to our Directors any other additional
information on themselves they feel will
benefit them. |

In
the event that you fulfill the requirements
to be considered as an EMPIRE Business
Brokers Franchisee, you will be invited
to visit our offices in the City of Buffalo,
in order to hold an interview with our Directors
and President.

After the
interview you will be handed the UFOC documentation,
so you can have more information on the
rights and obligations of each of the parties,
as well as the operative details of the
Franchise. |

|
In the case
of both you and the office space you are
proposing being approved and you desire
to continue with the investment, you will
be asked to sign for the UFOC document and
in Ten business days make a deposit as per
our franchise agreement. |
| 
|
Ten
business days prior to making the deposit
you will be handed the Franchise Contract,
in order for you to review it and have
all your remaining questions answered
so that there are no doubts regarding
the way we operate. |

If you agree
with the terms of the agreement, you will
be asked to sign it and pay the required
fee so we can set the date for the Training
Program. |
